Our Care range of products and Home Options products are Fit/Don’t fit, so if we do not quote via your Software House the risk is not suitable.

- Brokers may have specialist knowledge on certain types of products or specialist knowledge in their local areas.
- Brokers may have offices, customers can drop in and discuss their insurance requirements face to face.
- Some brokers have long established relationships with customers and deal with all of the customers insurance requirements.
Our assessment includes commercially sensitive information and due to this we are unable to provide this. We believe we provide the appropriate information you require to complete your reviews on our website. If we believe a product stops to offer fair value we will contact you.
Yes, we believe the products we distribute or manufacture offer fair value to our target markets. We review our products at least every 12 months to ensure the products continue to offer fair value now and for the reasonably foreseeable future.
You should be able to demonstrate that any remuneration you receive bears a reasonable relationship to the actual costs and benefits added by you.
We may ask you to provide remuneration details in connection with the sale of our products. This can include any fees, premium finance commission and add-ons sold alongside our product.
All of our products are Gross Rated with the exception being BDAssistance (Net Rated), so you would be a price setting intermediary if you sell BDAssistance.
We have never intentionally price walked and can confirm we will not charge renewing customers more than new business customers for the same risk from the 31/12/2021.
